ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp mint leaves
1 scoop of chocolate protein
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 pitted Medjool date
1 fistful of fresh spinach, tightly packed
1 c of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
ice
